We are on for an easy 1:06 run in the preserve tomorrow morning at 5:16 am. Come one come all. This will be an easy run in case any of the Wasatcher's show up. Almost cool enough for Blue to come back and take over the group so get ready for some fun....
Runner of the Week: This goes to Jody Chase for her great run in the Wasatch 100 this past weekend. She overcame a tough HR race with a sub 30 hour (29:52) Wasatch finish and 9th female and 67th overall finish. Great Job Jody!!
Runner's up are Jeff Jones and Liz Everly. Both completed Wasatch in 33 and 34 hours respectively. This is such a tough course, constantly climbing or going down steep loose terrain. Great job to everyone. Jeff Jones report here......
Honorable mention to Candice for her Water is Life 50k finish on the Hopi Res. I heard this is a great race in beautiful terrain. Way to go Candice!

Kopol is coming tomorrow morning so you better bring Blue. KJ has been resting up all summer except for his stellar perfomance on Wheeler and Lobo peak in NM and Crystal Peak, Cannibal Plateau in CO so he's ready for some funny business. If Blue aint there to receive it then he might jump on Higgy's leg.
If KJ is coming, Blue is coming also. Great job this weekend. Cant wait to hear about it tomorrow as we cruise the back of the pack together.
