Congrats to all who ran and finished the Old Pueblo 50 mile run in Southern Arizona.
There are Co-Runners of the Week. Jeff McCoy completed his first 50 mile race. Around 11:20. Sported his new WMRC shirt! Great job McCoy.
The other Co-winner is Andrew Heard. He ran a very fast 8:06 good for 4th place overall!! No need for his two "go-to" pacers!
Runners up are the winners of the three legged division: Jeff Jones and Michael Chen. Incredible feat.Race results aren't posted yet but other WMRC'ers who finished: Honey, Jody, Cosmas, Liz, Robert A, Joe G., Chip, Andrew's two sisters, Debbie L., Aaron, Kirk, Laura and Joanne.

Ultrarunning tip of the day: See that photo of me (bib #58), wearing the grey visor? Wear sunscreen all the way up to your hairline if you are going to wear a visor and your hairline is beginning to recede. I got this very unique tan line on my forehead because my visor was too low, and the hairline was too high. Oops.
