Pre-OP Easy run

We are on for an easy 1:07 run in the preserve Wed am at 5:16 am. Top Lot Sq Pk Dr. The weather is awesome right now and this is prime training season. Let's get it rolling.

Runner of the week goes to Logan Gosewich, the newest member of the WMRC. Chip's baby boy was born Tues 17th (i think) and everyone is doing well. He will look great in a Wildcat uniform!

Blue was runner-up.

We have 19 runners entered in the Old Pueblo 50 miler this weekend in the mountains s/o Tucson. This is the first big race of the season for the ultras and it is a great way to kick it off.

See you Wed, let's make it a great week.

Easy taper pace in prep for Old Pueblo, right?

Yes, I we will take the flatest and easiest route to 40th st and back, Kirk will not be leading. I will find an easy way.

I'm not sure Mark can be trusted. He has a habit of picking up the pace when he smells the barn door.

Thank you, thank you. I'm looking forward to a true conversational pace.

Do I hear whining already, we may have to pick it up a little if we hear some whining.
