Wednesday morning reminder.

Come join us on our weekly Wednesday morning run starting at 5:16 a.m. tomorrow at the top of Squaw Peak Drive where the road ends and the trail begins. Plan on about a moderately paced hour through the trails with a brief stop for water/restrooms at 40th street returning for a total of about 5.5-miles. Bring a friend, bring a neighbor, bring yourself. Good times and happy trails.

Congratulations to Jody for finishing the Bear 100-mile endurance run through Utah and Idaho finishing 4th woman overall. And congratulations to everyone that participated in the 12-hour run in the McDowell Mountain Park over the weekend. Good job Nick, Jamil and the rest of the Coury clan for another excellently well run event. See you in the morning!

Pacers Union Local One Zero Zero president will be leading a sub WMRC group called the Backpack on a nice slow easy fun taper run for all those WMRCer's going out for Man V Horse this weekend. We will also have space for recovering Bear runner(s) even if that/those runner(s) DNFed at Bear. Stretching session at Dakota tailgate will follow.
