For some moments in life there are no words. The death of a loved one, child, daughter is beyond comprehension. Mark and Katie Cosmas' daughter Taylor passed away Sunday afternoon. 7 years ago Mark, me and a few friends started to invite people to go on a mid week training run. Mark pinned it "WMRC" Wednesday Morning Running Club. Every Wednesday since there has been a group trail run in the Phoenix Mountain Preserve. I hope you all will join me this Wednesday 5:15 AM. Same location. Higgins

To Add: Zane Grey 50 mile trail run is this weekend. The Race director Joe Galope will be at the Wednesday run and will be available to answer any preliminary questions, current trial conditions etc. Higg
