What does “Major” mean? Hopefully extra slow!

Reminder: Tomorrow is Wednesday. Time for another group trail run the Phoenix Mountains Preserve. Meet 5:15 AM at the very top parking lot on Squaw Peak Drive north of Glendale / Lincoln. Plan on a little over one hour at a “major” slow pace.

Great job you two. Others who enjoyed and finished the run Joe Galope 4:34, Higgins 5:11, and Robert Andrulis 6:48. Other notable friendly faces at the event: Nick, Jamil and Jon working aid station 20 and 25. Tiffany working the start and finish area. Cheering the troops on: Andrew, Debbie, Aaron and Jeff McCoy. Thanks everyone!
