Runner of the week: Even though this is a trail running group we have some that like to wear spandex and feel compelled to participate in triathlons. Sunday was the Arizona Full Ironman. Once again Chris Latvaaho qualified for the World Championships in Kona. Chris smoked the course in a time of 9:27:58. 5th in his division and 45th overall. On the women's side Paulette Zillmer finished with a time of 12:46:52 36th in her division. Also finishing: Jon Roig with a time of 13:02:50. Kirk had a great race going through the bike stage but ended up needing an IV in the middle of the run. Great job to all now get back to the Trails!!!

This game will be a laugher. asu goes on their yearly 6 game losing streak as the Cats keep rolling. UA 44- asu 17. Bear Down!
It's to bad ASU didn't get a shot at keeping UofA out of the Rose Bowl. Once again the Cats did it all themselves. Go Devils!!
That UofA loss was fugly as ever - ugh.
