Super Duper Taper Run: Some big mileage is going down on many fronts this weekend so we (Ok maybe its just me) need to keep the legs fresh. This will be a super duper slow run. Flat as we can go. I can finally move my fingers to type a group reminder after my run this morning. Lets just say… it was...kind of…Cool out. But the run must go on!! 5:18 AM top lot. Squaw Peak Drive. Plan on a little over one hour at a slow to moderate pace. Dress warm! Or show us how tough you are by wearing a short sleeve and no gloves:)))

Reminder: Group trail run in the PMP tomorrow (Wednesday). 5:17 AM. 5-minute rule applies. Top lot squaw peak drive. Plan on a little over one hour at a SLOW pace. The plan is a direct shot to 40th street with a summit of Super Secret Mountain. I sure hope that someone who knows how to get to the Super Secret Summit Trail shows up. Because I really have no clue:))))
