Its a New Year! Baby New Year is here and Father Time is pissed! Get Training! First Wednesday Run of 2010! Reminder: We are on for a group trail run in the Phoenix Mountain Preserve Wednesday morning 5:15 AM. Meet at the very top lot on Squaw Peak Drive in the Park north of Glendale Avenue. Plan on a little over one hour at a slow to moderate pace.Runners of the Week are those that got the year off strong and ran the 22 mile Castle Hot Springs trail run. Nick finished first in 2:47:31 followed by a bunch of others Jon, Joe, Jody, Paulette, Aaron, Joanne, Debbie, Rachel, Liz, Laura... and so on. I'm sure I missed others on the list. Sorry.
