Reminder: Group trail run in the Phoenix Mountain Preserve Wednesday morning 5:15AM. Plan on a little over one hour at a slow to moderate pace. Meet at the top lot of squaw peak drive. With a little luck maybe a little ran. I think we’re still okay without a head-lamp. The darkness is coming, I will not give in!

That is "Barefoot" Ted MacDonald on the right side. He finished the race wearing a pair of Vibram FiveFinger Treks (so he wimped out on the whole barefoot thing).
